  • GENERAL IMFORMATION
  • For Shuttle transfer, please be ready 30 minute before pick up time at the hotel or pickup point.
    • Area that include land transfer such as Ubud Hotel, Kuta, Seminyak, Kerobokan, Sanur, Jimbaran Central Area, Canggu hotel Area, and Candidasa,Amed,Kintamani,Tulamben,Lovina,Munduk ,Nusa Dua ,Uluwatu,Pecacatu ,Sanur
    • Outside of the central are areas that we’ve mentioned would be an extra charge (extra charge starts from IDR 100,000 (depending on location)).
    • This transport is a private transfer from accommodation to port 
    • Infants under 3 years of age can travel free of charge on their parent's lap.
    • Allow using a Giliwanders voucher for check-in, and the operator will exchange the actual tickets for the customer.
    • Each passenger is allowed 20 kg of luggage.
    • Non-refundable for the trip delay due to climate change.
    • We do not accept responsibility for missed boats due to late check-in or failure to appear at the port area.
    • We are not responsible for any loss or damage to guests' personal belongings during the trip.
    • If you have a surfboard, please check luggage conditions with our support team (extra charge starts from IDR 100,000/board both on car  (depends on the size)).
    • For trips from/to Padang Bai, Serangan, Gili Trawangan, Gili Meno, Gili Air, Bangsal, and Senggigi, fast boat passengers are required to pay for the retribution fees/harbor tax IDR 10,000-20,000 in cash at the port.
    • IMPORTANT CANCELLATION  POLICY 
    • Non-refundable for one day cancellation trip, we do not accept for any reason
    • Cancellations always need to be submitted at least 48 hours before your trip departure date and time.
    • Passangers allow to reschedule the ticket without non-refundable 
    • Full refundable caused by bad weather and Operator fast boat not sailing allowed .
