Failure to check in on time may result in cancellation without refund.



5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before departure are eligible for a full  refund.

No refunds for cancellations made less than 24hours before departure or for no-shows.

In the event of cancellation by us , due to weather or technical issues a full refund or alternative travel date will be offered.



6. Changes to Booking

Date or time changes must be requested at least 48hours before departure and are subject to availability.

An administrative fee may apply.

7. Safety and Conduct

Passengers must follow crew instructions at all times.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone under the influence or behaving in a disruptive or unsafe manner.

8. Travel Insurance

We recommend all passengers obtain travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations, delays, or medical needs.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for delays caused by weather, sea conditions, or force majeure.

Our liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with our services shall be limited to the amount paid for the ticket.
