1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Website or booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Booking and Payment

All bookings must be made through our Website

Full payment is required on site  after  booking made and get boarding pass

We accept payment methods,Cash on site 

3. Ticket Policy

A confirmation email with your ticket will be sent after booking is successful and  payment.will collected on site upon check in and get boarding 

Please present a valid ticket (printed or digital) and ID at check-in.

Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly allowed in our policy.

4. Check-In and Boarding

Passengers must check in at least one hour before departure.

Failure to check in on time may result in cancellation without refund.



5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before departure are eligible for a full  refund.

No refunds for cancellations made less than 24hours before departure or for no-shows.

In the event of cancellation by us , due to weather or technical issues a full refund or alternative travel date will be offered.



6. Changes to Booking

Date or time changes must be requested at least 48hours before departure and are subject to availability.An administrative fee may apply.

7.Health & Safety

Travel with boat Fast  is not recommended for pregnant women, passengers with heart conditions, serious back problems, or other serious physical impairments.Sea conditions can be unpredictable. All children and infants must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.The company accepts no responsibility for injury or health complications arising during travel.

8. Travel Insurance

We recommend all passengers obtain travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations, delays, or medical needs.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for delays caused by weather, sea conditions, or force majeure.Our liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with our services shall be limited to the amount paid for the ticket.
