This trip is sharing shuttle hence please be ready 30 minute before pick up time at the hotel or pickup point.
Outside of the central are areas would be an extra charge starts from IDR 50,000 depending on location (please advise the hotel names to operator for double check).

This transport is a sharing shuttle.

Infants under 3 years of age can travel free of charge on their parent's lap.

Allow using a Giliwanders voucher for check-in, and the operator will exchange the actual tickets for the customer.

Each passenger is allowed 20 kg of luggage.

Non-refundable for the trip delay due to climate change.

We do not accept responsibility for missed boats due to late check-in or failure to appear at the port area.

We are not responsible for any loss or damage to guests' personal belongings during the trip.

If you have a surfboard, please check luggage conditions with our support team (extra charge starts from IDR 100,000/board both on car (depends on the size)).

For trips from/to Padang Bai, Serangan, Gili Trawangan, Gili Meno, Gili Air, Bangsal, and Senggigi, fast boat passengers are required to pay for the retribution fees/harbor tax IDR 10,000-30,000 in cash at the port
